Jane and her family made Edisto Beach their permanent home in 2015 after years of vacationing at Edisto. She has experience owning rental property and can certainly help others do the same.

Aleta was born in Charleston, SC into a Construction & Land Development family. Her connections in the building and real estate industries go deep in the Lowcountry and barrier islands. After years of vacationing at Edisto, she finally made the leap to purchase here over a decade ago. As a full-time resident of Edisto, her knowledge of Edisto Island/Edisto Beach is extensive. As an avid supporter, and as an elected Board Member, of the Edisto Island Open Land Trust, Aleta's respect for the sanctity of the Island is evident while her property management expertise and knowledge of construction lends itself to assist Real Estate clients with Edisto Beach second home and investment properties.
